Authority Process - Account Holder
- Download the authority form
- Print the authority form and arrange for your client to complete and sign the form.
- Send a copy of the signed form to admin@intello.com.au or upload it via the Intello Portal
- Send the original signed copy of the form to: equityops@finclear.com.au
Authority Process - Adviser
The data feed can be authorised by the adviser rather than needing the client to sign the above authority form.
Authorised adviser to send an email to FinEx as follows:

FinEx will with your adviser details. Intello will set up these credentials in Class to enable receipt of transactional and holding data.
About this Feed
- The feed should be activated within 5-10 business days
- The feed does not support historical transactions
- Foreign trade data is not supported
- The feed provides daily transactional and balance data
- Electronic signatures are not accepted
- All account numbers for FinEx Stockbroking changes in October 2017 upon migration to a new system. Please ensure the correct and most up to date account number is provided.
