Process
The typical process to engage with Duffy Lawyers would be as follows:
- Review the typical fees applicable: Duffy Lawyers Price List
- Depending on the service(s) required, download and complete with your clients the applicable simple fact find: Wills Fact Find and Enduring Powers of Attorney Fact Find
- Submit completed forms to Duffy Lawyers via email: info@duffylaw.com.au
- Duffy Lawyers will confirm applicable fees and arrange a time for a briefing meeting (you as the adviser are encouraged to attend with your client).
- You can confirm the fees with your client before proceeding. Duffy Lawyers can either charge your clients directly, or invoice you to enable you to add on a facilitation fee.
- Duffy Lawyers will prepare the necessary documents and contact you and/or your client to organise a final meeting to review and sign all applicable documents.
- Duffy Lawyers will liaise with Intello where the client has an SMSF or other entity looked after by Intello.
- Final meeting completed (you as the adviser are encouraged to attend with your client) and fees payable.
Importantly, all legal services are provided by Duffy Lawyers.
