You can provide clients with online access to their SMSF or portfolio accounts via the following methods:

  • Email admin@intello.com.au with the clients name, email and name of their SMSF or portfolio - or -
  • Provide their name, email and SMSF / portfolio name via our Live Chat function:

Once received, our team will process the request and issue your client with access.

Prerequisites before we issue Client View access

The experience your client gets is very important to us.  There are a couple of key items we look at before issuing online access.

The first is ensure we have your correct branding updated - including your colour scheme and logos.  For more information on what we need to update your branding, please read the following: Adviser Portal Branding

The second is to ensure that your clients SMSF or portfolio is reconciled and up to date.  Please ensure that you've responded to all outstanding Tasks via the Intello Portal to enable our team to provide your client with access to up to date information.

Client access to the Intello Portal

The current version of Intello Portal is solely a B2B version designed to enable fluid communication between advisers and Intello.

We have had many requests to extend the Portal through to end clients - i.e. Intello > Adviser > Client and we are definitely listening and we have been doing some work on this - however we will not rush it.  

We need to ensure the experience your clients get needs to be flawless and more expansive compared to what they can see via Class Client View. Although we cannot yet commit to any timelines around a client facing version of our Portal, we can say 'watch this space'.

Something we can do currently is invite third parties.  For example if you are an adviser and you have an accounting referral partner who you would like invite to the portal to see selected clients please let us know - we can set them up and they can be allocated Tasks as if they were a member of your team.
