What's Changing

From 1 February 2019, when a Client Query Task is created by a member of the Intello team, an instant email notification will be triggered.

This change will make Client Query Tasks consistent with the other task types including tax payments and data feed authority tasks which have instant email notifications.

What this change also means is that multiple emails for the same client may be issued in quick succession.  Previously the Intello team would create the Client Query Tasks and then manually trigger a single email with links to all related Tasks.

Why The Change?

This change is based on feedback from advisers we work with. 

Depending on the feedback we receive as a result of this change, we may make additional adjustments to our notification settings.
