Authority Process - Account Holder
- Download the authority form
- Print the authority form and arrange for your client to complete and sign the form.
- Send a copy of the signed form to admin@intello.com.au or upload it via the Intello Portal
- Send the original signed copy of the form to: forms@directshares.com.au
