Login to Auskey manager here: https://abr.gov.au/For-Tax-professionals/
If an existing Standard AUSkey user, click on Manage AUSkeys:
Then click on the name of the individual and click Upgrade to Administrator
To issue a NEW AUSkey to a user, click on Register new AUSkeys and enter the details of the new user.Select Standard or Administrator as needed:
