We’ve re-designed the Tasks layout to make better use of screen real estate. The new design enables you to see all relevant details and comments between your team and the Intello team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
When you click the ‘View Task’ on on a notification email, it will take you directly (secure login required) to that task to enable you to easily respond and/or upload a document:
Where there are multiple Tasks for the same client, when you close the Task, you will see all other Tasks relating to that job – both those that have been answered and those which require your attention:
This change is to ensure you always know exactly what is outstanding for each client.
