Intello can obtain daily transactional data and daily holding balances for IOOF Products.

The adviser needs to complete the data feed request via the IOOF website here:

Complete the form:

Key Fields:
Adviser Name: Name of adviser attached to the accounts the feed is required for.
Adviser Number: As supplied by IOOF. Typically a 6 digit code. Found under 'Your details' on Portfolio Online.
Financial Planning Software / Vendor: Class
Summary of Issue: Please activate Class data feed
Details of Issue: Please activate the Class data feed for my adviser code.  Please send through the credentials to enable the data feeds to be set up in Class.

Once IOOF has processed your request, you will receive an email with the credentials required by Intello to activate the data feed to applicable clients:

Please forward this email to admin@intello.com.au or cut and paste the relevant details into the portal Task.

Please note that Intello can only receive data for accounts we administer and have been provided with the account numbers for. 

IOOF doesn't provide historical data, so we will likely request transaction statements to fill the gaps of any missing transactions prior to the data feed commencing.
