Where Intello invoices your business for SMSF administration services, you can pay Intello's fees via bank direct debit or credit card (surcharge applies - see below).
How to Update your Payment Details
The easiest and most secure way to update your payment details with Intello is via our Adviser Portal.
To update via the Portal, follow these steps:
Login at https://login.intello.com.au/
Click Settings on the left hand menu
Click Payment Information (If Settings or Payment Information is NOT visible, please email admin@intello.com.au)
Click the three small dots : on the top left to Update
Select either Direct Debit or Credit Card as the payment option
Enter the relevant details, tick 'I agree' and Save
Information Required
For a Bank Direct Debit, we require:
BSB
Account Number
Name of Account
For a Credit Card, we require:
Name on Card
Card Number
Expiry Date
CCV
When you save this information, it is submitted through to our payment provider IntegraPay via a secure API.
Updating Payment Details via a Paper Form
If you would prefer to update your payment details via a manual paper form, please email admin@intello.com.au and we will send you a form.
Settings or Payment Information Menus Not Available
If the Settings menu is not visible to you when you login, it means you are not an Admin (Power User) in the Intello Adviser Portal. To be upgraded to an Admin under your business, please email admin@Intello.com.au
If the Payment Information link is not available under Settings, this means Intello has not set your businesses billing preference to 'Auto'. Please email admin@Intello.com.au to get this resolved.
Credit Card Surcharge
Where Intello debits your bank account for your clients SMSF or portfolio admin fees there are no additional fees.
For the payment of Intello's fees via credit card, the following additional fees apply:
Visa & Mastercard - 1.25% + GST (1.375%)
Amex - 1.75% + GST (1.925%)
