After you've set up your Class login details including setting up MFA on your smartphone, we highly recommend setting up your security questions in Class so you can recover your Class login and MFA when you have a new phone.

Setting your Class Security Questions

To set your security questions to recover your MFA credentials (i.e. enable you to set up MFA again on a new phone/device using your same email and password login), you must already be logged into Class as an adviser.

When you are logged into Class, click on the person icon on the top right of your screen and select 'Manage Security Questions' from the menu:

The above is for when you are logged into the Class Adviser Dashboard. You can also access the Security Questions via Class ClientView (individual client level):

Enter your 3 security questions and save:

Recovering MFA

When you need to reset your MFA credentials via Google Authenticator, you will need to login using your email address and password as normal:

After entering your username and password, you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit authentication code:

Click on 'Reset MFA'

A screen will open where you will be prompted to answer two of the security questions you set up previously. Enter in the correct answers and click Submit.

Re-set up MFA on your new phone/device

Follow the instructions on screen to set up MFA on your new device.

Need Help?

The only alternative if you need to recover or re-set up your MFA details to login to Class (i.e. if you've not set up your security questions) is to contact Intello via admin@intello.com.au

We will contact you via phone to confirm your identity and then we will re-issue your Class Adviser Dashboard login and you will need to step through the process of creating your login / password / MFA as if you are a new user.
