Intello can be granted a third-party authority for Macquarie Wrap Accounts.
Third party online access enables the nominated third party (Intello) to view Wrap account information and download account reports through the Wrap website.
Intello as the nominated third party cannot:
Amend account information;
Place transactions; or
Withdraw from the account.
Intello as a nominated third party is registered with Macquarie Wrap which enables us to have read-only visibility on the account.
Existing Accounts
Where the Macquarie Wrap Account is already in existence, to add Intello you will need to have the client (or authorised signatory on the account including someone holding a Power of Attorney) sign a Macquarie Third Party Authority Form.

Please note the form must be signed via wet-ink signature and emailed, faxed or posted to Macquarie as per the instructions on the form.
Digital signatures are not accepted at this time.
Advantages of Proving Intello Enquiry Authority on Account
There are a number of advantages of providing Intello with enquiry only authority on the account:
Intello can obtain annual reports and tax statements via Macquarie online and therefore we don't need to request them from you
Intello can manage the data feeds into our SMSF administration platform and therefore don't need to have your provide your Macquarie esi key details (which expire every 12 months)
Class doesn't need to be added to the account to Intello - meaning one less 3rd party to explain to the client
