Clear your cache for Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox

Clearing your web browsers cache can assist where you may be having issues with a web based application, including the Intello portal.

Occasionally we will deploy small bug-fixes and patches without taking the Portal offline for maintenance so not to interrupt our users. The downside of this is that you may need to clear your web browser cache to ensure the Portal works optimally.

Please follow the instructions below for your chosen web browser.

All web browsers:

For desktop browsers, to quickly open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, ensure that the browser is open and selected, and press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). If this doesn't work, follow the appropriate instructions below.

Google Chrome:

In your Settings, search for 'Clear browser data' or click on the link below:
โ€‹chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

Ensure 'Cached images and files' is selected and click 'CLEAR DATA'

Internet Explorer:

Go to internet Options > General > Browsing history > Delete

Ensure 'Temporary Internet Files and website files' and also 'Cookies and website data' are selected and click Delete

Firefox:

Go to Options > Privacy & Security > Cached Web Content

Select 'Clear Now'ย
