Authority Process 

  1. Download the authority form 

  2. Print the authority form and arrange for your client to complete and sign the form (or send via DocuSign)

  3. Send a copy of the signed form to admin@intello.com.au or upload it via the Intello Portal

About this Feed

  • This form should only be used by clients of Intello

  • The feed should be activated within 5-10 business days

  • This feed does not support historical transactions

  • Authority is at a account holder (client level) only

  • This feed provides daily transactional and balance data

  • Electronic signatures are accepted

In addition to the Elston IMA authority form it is recommended either the client or an authorised person on the account (e.g. Power of Attorney) execute a Macquarie CMA Third Party Authority Form to enable Intello to receive Macquarie transactional data.

  • Signed authority forms (ATPIs) to be sent to elston_ips_team@elston.com.au 

  • Also request the account is added to our intello@elston IPS login

  • Ensure the IPS account number is on the form and included in the email subject
