In mid-2019 Intello updated it's billing system which changed the how we provide information on the services we deliver to your clients.

Where Intello invoices your business in bulk for the SMSF administration services, our Xero invoice will have a single line only.

To see a breakdown of the itemised services included in the invoice, you have a couple of options.

Each month Intello will email your nominated email address (or addresses) a copy of your invoice which will include the PDF of the attachment as well as an excel breakdown of all services included:

You can nominate up to 5 separate email addresses to receive a copy of our invoices. To update the individuals to receive our invoices, please email admin@intello.com.au

In addition to the email attachment, you can also access any Xero invoices from Intello via the online invoice link:

You will then see a copy of the invoice online, and underneath the PDF will be a link to the excel file with all necessary details:
